The invention discloses a green roof system capable of efficiently purifying and utilizing rainwater, which comprises a solar power generation subsystem for storing solar energy and realizing auto-oxidation reduction reaction of a green roof through sunlight irradiation; the self-oxidation-reduction green roof subsystem is used for purifying rainwater through an oxidation-reduction reaction; the rainwater purifying and recycling subsystem is used for recycling purified rainwater, secondarily purifying the rainwater and supplying water to the temperature and humidity control subsystem; the temperature and humidity control subsystem is used for controlling indoor temperature and humidity and cooling and storing the solar power generation subsystem. The solar power generation panel can be stored and cooled through rainwater, damage caused by long-time exposure is prevented, and the power generation efficiency is improved; the reaction area of the green roof can convert absorbed solar energy into chemical energy, and degradation of pollutants in rainwater is achieved through an oxidation-reduction reaction; and the indoor temperature and humidity can be controlled by utilizing the purified rainwater of the green roof.
