Each blade is provided with a blade air inlet and an air outlet gap, the air outlet gaps are formed in the upper portions of the blades, environment cold air is conveyed into the blades through the draught fan and then jetted out of the air outlet gaps, and the included angle between each blade and the horizontal plane is alpha. The external air inlets are distributed on the periphery of the shutter and connected with the interlayer, an interlayer internal air outlet is formed in an inner-layer shell on the back of the outer shell, a cooling fan I is arranged at the interlayer internal air outlet, a cooling fan II is arranged behind the shutter, and internal heat source equipment is arranged between the cooling fan I and the cooling fan II.
