The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ink-jet printing of white ink on the surface of a green brick to form an oil film to prevent moisture from permeating into the green brick; printing a pattern on the surface of the green brick subjected to ink-jet printing of the white ink; tile surface flaming combustion treatment is carried out on the surface of the tile blank subjected to the pattern ink-jet printing; spraying full-polished glaze on the surface of the green brick subjected to fire spraying combustion treatment; and sintering the green brick sprayed with the full-polished glaze to obtain the thin full-polished glaze ceramic plate.
