The invention relates to the field of road subgrade reinforcement technologies, in particular to a method for reinforcing a subgrade by using a soil stabilizer, which comprises the following steps: S1, excavating a construction pavement by 15-25cm, removing the excavated soil, then spraying a bottom stabilizer, and compacting the subgrade after the bottom stabilizer permeates into the subgrade; s2, uniformly mixing the soil dug out in the step S1 with a soil stabilizer, cement and quick lime in a mass ratio of (600-850): (1-2.5): (10-15): (5.5-7.5) to obtain solidified soil; s3, the solidified soil obtained in the step S2 is laid on the roadbed compacted in the step S1, and secondary compaction is carried out; s4, spraying a surface curing agent on the roadbed compacted in the step S3; and S5, finally compacting the pavement. According to the roadbed reinforced through the method, the strength and stability of the roadbed can be further improved, and the overall strength and durability of a road can be improved.
