The upper ends of the detection rods abut against the piezoelectric sensors, the piezoelectric sensors are used for detecting the vertical movement distance of each detection rod so as to obtain protruding values of all positions of a road, and the processing module is used for obtaining the flatness index of the road after obtaining data detected by the piezoelectric sensors.
