The invention relates to a road and bridge construction method. At the beam yard, the road and bridge T-shaped beams have two states of storing upward T-shaped beams and storing downward T-shaped beams; a storage downward T-shaped beam is placed in an upward opening gap between the storage upward T-shaped beams, a storage middle bolster part is transversely placed on the upper surface of the storage downward T-shaped beam, and a storage upward T-shaped beam is placed above the storage middle bolster part. The device is reasonable in design, compact in structure and convenient to use.
