The explosion-proof door comprises a door body and an explosion-proof device, the door body comprises a steel plate layer, a heat-resisting layer, a heat preservation layer and an anti-poison layer, the explosion-proof device comprises a steel plate, springs and limiting blocks, the multiple springs are arranged between the door body and the steel plate, and the two ends of each spring are fixed to the outer surface of the door body and the outer surface of the steel plate through the two limiting blocks which are oppositely arranged; a guide rail head is integrally arranged at the bottom of the door body, a guide rail groove is formed in the opposite bottom face of the guide rail head in an inward concave mode, the guide rail head and the guide rail groove are arranged in a matched mode, the guide rail groove is provided with a limiting groove, and a communicated moving channel is arranged in the guide rail head and the door body. According to the explosion-proof device, shock wave power generated by indoor explosion can be greatly reduced, and the possibility of deformation of the explosion-proof door is reduced; and the guide rail head, the guide rail groove, the limiting rod and the limiting groove are arranged, so that the possibility that the explosion-proof door is directly blown away during explosion is reduced.
