The invention relates to pink nano-zirconia ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and the pink nano-zirconia ceramic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of soluble zirconium salt, 3-10 parts of soluble yttrium salt, 0.1-5 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.01-2 parts of metal oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving soluble zirconium salt, soluble yttrium salt, titanium dioxide and metal oxide in water to obtain a mixed solution; carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain mixed slurry; the pH of the mixed slurry is adjusted to be alkaline, then cleaning, spray drying and calcination are conducted, and pink nanometer zirconia ceramic powder is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding zirconia ceramic powder, adding an additive, uniformly mixing, granulating, carrying out dry pressing on the granulated powder, and sintering a green body to obtain the pink nano zirconia ceramic.
