The invention provides a secondary crossing safety island. The secondary crossing safety island comprises a base, two U-shaped anti-collision fences, a first limiting assembly and a second limiting assembly. The two U-shaped anti-collision fences are symmetrically arranged on the two opposite end sides of the base in a surrounding mode at intervals, and U-shaped openings of the two U-shaped anti-collision fences are oppositely arranged and jointly form an inlet channel and an outlet channel. The first limiting assembly is installed in one side end of the same side of the two U-shaped anti-collision fences and used for opening or closing the inlet channel. The second limiting assembly is installed in the other side end of the same side of the two U-shaped anti-collision fences and used for opening or closing the outlet channel. The device is simple in structure, convenient to use and high in safety performance.
