The invention relates to the technical field of radio orientation, in particular to an intelligent industrial robot based on millimeter wave radar and a method thereof.The intelligent industrial robot comprises an infrared part, a cleaning and fishing part, a loading and transporting part, a spraying and washing part and a radar part, the cleaning and fishing part is arranged at the front end of the loading and transporting part, the spraying and washing part is arranged at the bottom of the loading and transporting part, and the radar part is arranged at the front end of the cleaning and fishing part; the cleaning and salvaging part comprises a leakage frame, a cleaning and salvaging flow channel, a cleaning and salvaging support, a cleaning and salvaging drive, a cleaning and salvaging rotating shaft, a cleaning and salvaging supporting rod and a cleaning plate, the top of the cleaning and salvaging flow channel is arranged at one end of the leakage frame, the cleaning and salvaging support is arranged at the top of the cleaning and salvaging flow channel, the cleaning and salvaging drive is arranged at one end of the cleaning and salvaging support, and the cleaning and salvaging rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the cleaning and salvaging drive. The cleaning and fishing supporting rods are arranged on the two sides of the cleaning and fishing rotating shaft, and the cleaning plate is arranged at one ends of the cleaning and fishing supporting rods. The problems that in existing industrial production, a production channel is prone to being blocked by sundries generated in an industrial area, cleaning work is mostly conducted manually, the working efficiency is low, and the safety risk is high are solved.
