A rotating module is arranged between the left connecting piece and the right connecting piece, vertically-arranged clamping grooves are formed in the left connecting piece and the right connecting piece, water stopping plates are arranged in the clamping grooves, the edges of the two sides of each water stopping plate are installed in the two clamping grooves, trapezoidal plates are arranged at the bottoms of the water stopping plates, and the trapezoidal plates are connected with the rotating module. Through rotating connection of the rotating module, angle adjustment can be conveniently conducted on the connected water stop steel plate, and further water stop is achieved through water stop of the water stop plate and attachment of the trapezoidal plate and the water stop steel plate.
