Surface enamel for foamed ceramic bell jar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic manufacturing, in particular to surface enamel for a foamed ceramic bell jar and a preparation method of the surface enamel. The surface enamel for the foamed ceramic bell jar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 35 parts of potassium feldspar, 25 to 30 parts of perlite, 4 to 6 parts of zirconium silicate, 8 to 12 parts of wollastonite, 0.6 to 0.8 part of fluorite powder, 8 to 10 parts of calcined kaolin, 0.2 to 0.5 part of zinc oxide, 0.03 to 0.05 part of nano-silver antibacterial agent, 0.4 to 0.6 part of potassium tripolyphosphate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of silicon carbide and 5 to 8 parts of lithium chinastone. A layer of enamel is applied to the surface of the foamed ceramic by adopting a unique preparation method and combining a bell jar glazing mode, so that not only is the foaming rate of the foamed ceramic met, but also the enamel has a corresponding expansion coefficient through a reasonable raw material ratio, the enamel can be prevented from being cracked in a sintering process, small holes in the surface of the enamel can be reduced, and the service life of the enamel is prolonged. The glossiness and the flatness of the surface are improved; and a proper amount of mildew-proof antibacterial agent is added, so that the glaze has antibacterial and mildew-proof effects.
本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体的说是一种发泡陶瓷钟罩用表面釉质及其制备方法。一种发泡陶瓷钟罩用表面釉质,包括以下重量份数的原料:钾长石30‑35份、珍珠岩25‑30份、硅酸锆4‑6份、硅灰石8‑12份、萤石粉0.6‑0.8份、煅烧高岭土8‑10份、氧化锌0.2‑0.5份、纳米银抗菌剂0.03‑0.05份、三聚磷酸钾0.4‑0.6份、碳化硅0.2‑0.5份、锂瓷石5‑8份。本发明采用独特的制备方法,并结合钟罩的施釉方式在发泡陶瓷表面施加一层釉质,不仅满足了发泡陶瓷本身的发泡率,还通过合理的原料配比,使的釉质有相对应的膨胀系数,可以防止在烧结过程中釉质被拉裂,还能减少釉质表面的小孔,增加表面的光泽度和平整度;并且通过加入适量的防霉抗菌剂,使釉料能有抗菌防霉的效果。
