PE fiber composite cement-based interface agent for improving fracture toughness of RCC layer
The invention discloses a PE (polyethylene) composite cement-based interface agent for improving fracture toughness of an RCC (recycled concrete) layer. The PE composite cement-based interface agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 800-850 parts of cement, 380-430 parts of fly ash, 590-640 parts of river sand, 200-250 parts of water, 10-30 parts of PE fibers and 20-40 parts of a water reducing agent. The PE fiber composite cement-based interface agent is added to the surface of a roller compacted concrete test block with the interlayer interval time of 6 hours, and it is measured through a three-point bending fracture test that the optimal fracture toughness of the surface of the roller compacted concrete added with the PE fiber composite cement-based interface agent is 0.847 MPa.m < 1/2 >; meanwhile, compared with a traditional layer surface treated by cement mortar or fly ash neat paste, the fracture toughness is improved by 0.458 times, the toughening effect is obvious, no organic waste gas or toxic gas is generated when the PE fiber composite cement-based interface agent is prepared, and the PE fiber composite cement-based interface agent is environmentally friendly and free of pollution.
本发明公开了一种提升RCC层面断裂韧度的PE复合型水泥基界面剂,按照重量份比称取以下组分:水泥800~850份、粉煤灰380~430份、河砂590~640份、水200~250份、PE纤维10~30份和减水剂20~40份。本发明中对层间间隔时间6小时的碾压混凝土试块层面处加入PE纤维复合型水泥基界面剂,通过三点弯曲断裂试验测得,添加PE纤维复合型水泥基的碾压混凝土层面的断裂韧度最佳为0.847MPa·m1/2;同时,相较于传统的水泥砂浆或者粉煤灰净浆处理的层面,断裂韧度提升了0.458倍,增韧效果明显,并且制备本发明的PE纤维复合型水泥基界面剂时不会产生有机废气和有毒气体,环保无污染。
