The invention discloses a method for modulating room-temperature ferromagnetism of a SrCoO3-delta system, and belongs to the field of phase change of room-temperature ferromagnetism cobalt-based oxides. According to the method, the ordered phase diagram of the SrCoO3-delta system is drawn, the ordered phase change process of A-site doping and AB-site doping of the SrCoO3-delta system is analyzed, and a clear doping effect is obtained, so that the room-temperature ferromagnetism of the SrCoO3-delta system is modulated; wherein drawing of the ordered phase diagram of the SrCoO3-delta system is analyzed according to room-temperature phase change, synthetic phase change and ordered tetragonal phase change. The method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to analysis of the ordered phase change process doped in the SrCoO3-delta system and modulation of the room-temperature ferromagnetism of the SrCoO3-delta system, and has guiding significance for industrial production.
