The invention discloses a silane permeable material. The silane permeable material aims at solving the technical problems that in the prior art, permeability is poor, drying time is long, the construction period is long, the surface after film forming is not smooth enough, shrinkage reducing and crack resisting effects are not achieved, the initial crack time of concrete cannot be delayed, and the concrete protection performance is poor. The silane permeable material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of n-octyltriethoxysilane, 50 to 60 parts of isobutyltriethoxysilane, 10 to 20 parts of trichlorosilane, 500 to 800 parts of deionized water, 10 to 20 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 5 to 10 parts of a buffer solution, 5 to 10 parts of an octyl isothiazolinone solution and 3 to 5 parts of silane quaternary ammonium salt. According to the silane permeable material, by adding the shrinkage reducing agent, the shrinkage reducing and crack resisting effects are achieved, the initial crack time of concrete is effectively delayed, the silane quaternary ammonium salt can adsorb bacteria with negative charges, the octyl isothiazolinone solution has the very good inhibition capacity on fungi, bacteria, molds and enzyme bacteria, and the dimethyl sulfoxide improves the permeation effect of the material.
