The material mixing device comprises a base layer, a bottom sealing layer, a reinforcing layer, an elastic particle layer and a surface spraying layer, through holes are formed in the reinforcing layer in an up-down penetrating mode at equal intervals, leakage grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the through holes, of the upper surface of the bottom sealing layer, and supporting pipes are installed in the leakage grooves in an inserted mode. According to the polyurethane runway, the overall strength of the polyurethane runway is improved through the arranged reinforcing layer, meanwhile, the through holes formed in the reinforcing layer facilitate extension of the supporting pipes, water seepage and ventilation of the base layer and the bottom sealing layer are facilitated through the through holes, residual water can be rapidly discharged, and the reinforcing pipes can be limited through the mounting grooves formed in the bottom sealing layer; meanwhile, the liquid leakage openings formed in the surfaces of the reinforcing pipes in a penetrating mode can rapidly filter out water in the bottom sealing layer, the bubbling phenomenon caused by the fact that water vapor cannot be rapidly diffused is reduced, the phenomena that the surface of the polyurethane runway is uneven and prone to being damaged can be effectively improved, and the reinforcing pipes can further prolong the overall service life of the bottom sealing layer.
本发明公开了一种透气型聚氨酯跑道及其材料混合装置,包括基础层、封底层、加强层、弹性颗粒层和喷面层,所述加强层上下贯穿等距开设有通孔,所述封底层上表面对应通孔设置有漏槽,所述漏槽内部插接安装有支撑管。通过设置的加强层来增加聚氨酯跑道整体强度,同时加强层开设的通孔方便支撑管的延伸,同时通孔有利于基础层和封底层渗水和透气,能够使残留的水快速排出,封底层内部开设的安装槽可以对加强管进行限位,同时加强管表面贯穿开设的漏液口,可以将封底层内部的水快速滤出,减少因水蒸气无法快速扩散,从而产生鼓泡现象,能够有限改善聚氨酯跑道的表面凹凸不平,且容易破损的现象,加强管还能提升封底层整体使用寿命。
