A plurality of circular through openings are formed in the upper surface of the semicircular plate at equal intervals, and four first rectangular blocks are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the inspection well launder. According to the device, a semicircular plate and a telescopic rod are driven to move upwards through buoyancy of a first air bag, then the semicircular plate moves downwards when encountering a baffle, and sundries can be flushed out through impulsion of water flow.
