According to the reinforcing method, upward supporting prestress is applied to the beam, the prestress state of the additionally-arranged steel component during later reinforcing is achieved, the problem of stress lag existing in a traditional steel corbel reinforcing technology is solved, and the effect of reinforcing the beam-column joint can be fully exerted.
本发明公开了预应力钢构件加固混凝土梁柱节点方法,主要特征在于:根据混凝土柱侧面和混凝土梁底面的实际夹角,确定加固所用钢构件的钢板夹角,使得钢构件的钢板夹角大于梁柱实际夹角;在节点安装钢构件,利用张拉工具对钢构件进行张拉,使得钢构件上表面与混凝土梁的下表面贴紧,固定螺栓,完成预应力钢构件对混凝土梁柱节点的加固。本发明的加固方法对梁施加了向上支撑的预应力,实现了后期加固时增设的钢构件的预应力状态,克服了传统钢牛腿加固技术中存在的应力滞后问题,可以充分发挥加固梁柱节点的作用。
