The invention provides a multifunctional fabricated building heat insulation device which comprises a building body, a door frame, a protective door, a window, an inner side heat insulation frame structure convenient to disassemble, a rotary driving frame structure, a top shield, a positioning protective frame structure, an adjustable sunshade protective frame structure, a positioning insertion hole, a positioning insertion rod, an outer side heat insulation plate and a processor. A door frame is embedded into the right side of the front part of the building body; a protective door is hinged to the front side of the door frame; a window is mounted on the left side of the front part of the building body; the inner side of the building body is provided with an inner side heat insulation frame structure convenient to disassemble. The connecting bolts penetrate through the L-shaped connecting plates, the longitudinal heat insulation plates, the transverse heat insulation plates and the reinforcing plates to be connected with the inner wall of the building body through bolts, so that the longitudinal heat insulation plates and the transverse heat insulation plates can be conveniently disassembled and assembled through the connecting bolts during use; meanwhile, the fixing effect on the longitudinal heat insulation plates and the transverse heat insulation plates can be improved through the reinforcing plates.
