The invention discloses a wall masonry quality control device and a using method thereof.The device is arranged on a base layer of a masonry primary brick and comprises a straightening assembly, a mortar bin and a pull rod assembly; the straightening assembly comprises a first straightening piece and a second straightening piece. The top surface of the first straightening piece is connected with a stock bin; the second straightening piece comprises a second straightening plate and a mortar joint closing-up plate; the bottom of one end of the second straightening plate is connected with the top of the first straightening piece, and the top is connected with the stock bin; one end of the mortar joint closing-in plate is connected with the bottom of the first straightening part, the second straightening plate and the mortar joint closing-in plate are located at the same end of the first straightening part, and the mortar joint closing-in plate is used for scraping mortar joints on the side face of a brick layer; the stock bin comprises a discharging port, the discharging port is connected with a discharging slicking adjusting piece, the side face of the discharging slicking adjusting piece makes contact with the second straightening plate and is used for adjusting the mortar joint thickness, one end of the pull rod assembly is connected with the top face of the first straightening piece, and the other end of the pull rod assembly is connected with the stock bin and is used for pulling the whole device.
