Compared with pure-phase Ca2V2O7, the ultralow-temperature microwave dielectric material Ca2V2O7-LiF has the advantages that the sintering temperature can be greatly reduced, ultralow-temperature sintering at the temperature of 525-575 DEG C is realized, meanwhile, the microwave dielectric property of the material is remarkably improved, the Q * f value is 31000-46000 GHz, the dielectric constant is 11-12, the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is-126-115 ppm/DEG C, and the microwave dielectric property of the material is remarkably improved. Particularly, Ca2V2O7-3wt% LiF has excellent microwave dielectric properties after being sintered at 550 DEG C: Q * f is equal to 46476 GHz, epsilon r is equal to 11.83, tauf is equal to-116.43 ppm/DEG C, which is essentially different from those of a common sintering aid which reduces the sintering temperature while sacrificing the material performance; moreover, the preparation process is simple, and large-scale batch production is facilitated; the method has a wide application prospect in the field of ultralow-temperature co-fired ceramics.
