The invention relates to the technical field of refractory material production, and discloses a high-performance refractory castable. The high-strength and high-toughness mullite-based composite material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25 to 30 percent of andalusite, 50 to 60 percent of calcium aluminum hexanate, 20 to 50 percent of zinc zirconium silicate powder, 20 to 40 percent of cutting powder, 56 to 67 percent of microporous mullite particles, 6 to 16 percent of mullite micro powder, 0.5 to 3 percent of silicon micro powder, 1 to 3 percent of calcium aluminate cement, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of water reducing agent and 0.5 to 0.8 percent of coagulation accelerator. 0.03-0.05% of an organic explosion-proof fiber and 6-10% of a fluidity additive; the castable is formed by grinding and mixing the raw materials, vibrating and dispersing, stirring and uniformly mixing, vibrating and molding and heating. According to the invention, the raw materials for producing the castable are optimally matched and adaptively selected, so that the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance and the like of the castable can be effectively improved; the stability in the use process is ensured, and the waste of resources is reduced.
