本发明涉及一种弹性自粘防水卷材及其制备方法，属于防水卷材技术领域，该防水卷材从上至下依次设置有高分子片材、自粘胶层及隔离膜；自粘胶层包括如下重量份原料：沥青70‑85份、苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物2‑10份、增塑剂2‑10份、增粘剂5‑10份、阻燃剂20‑25份、添加剂1‑5份；针对现有技术中自粘防水卷材低温柔韧性和低温强度不足，持续高温容易软化流淌等问题，本发明制得的防水卷材通过对自粘胶层的原料进行调整，加入了自制的阻燃剂和添加剂，提高卷材的耐高低温性能和阻燃性能，提高卷材的防水效果，进而提高其应用范围。
