The invention discloses a sand layer geological pile foundation hole bottom grouting device and a construction method. The device comprises a reinforcement cage, a plurality of water bags, a plurality of fixed guide mechanisms and a plurality of water injection switch valves. A plurality of fixed guide mechanisms are mounted in the reinforcement cage, so that the arrangement direction of a plurality of water bags is consistent with that of the reinforcement cage; water is injected into the water bags through the water injection switch valves, the surfaces of the water bags are coated with engine oil after water injection is completed, and subsequent demolding and taking-out are facilitated; the reinforcement cage with the multiple water bags is installed in the drilled pile hole, and concrete pouring is conducted on the pile foundation; after the pile foundation concrete reaches the designed age, the multiple water bags are taken out after water is discharged, and multiple hole channels are formed; and finally, grouting of the multiple hole channels is completed. Compared with a traditional grouting pipe construction method through a pre-buried steel pipe, the water bag is recycled, steel is saved, the quality problem caused by the fact that grouting cannot be conducted due to the fact that the grouting pipe is blocked is avoided, and meanwhile the construction progress is accelerated.
一种砂层地质桩基础孔底注浆装置及施工方法,其装置包括:钢筋笼、多个水囊、多个固定导向机构、多个注水开关阀。通过在钢筋笼中安装多个固定导向机构,使得多个水囊的设置方向与钢筋笼一致;通过多个注水开关阀对多个水囊进行注水,注水完成后对多个水囊表面涂抹机油,以便后续脱模取出;将放置了多个水囊的钢筋笼安装至已钻好的桩孔,对桩基进行混凝土浇筑;当桩基混凝土达到设计龄期后,经对多个水囊放水后取出,形成多个孔道;最后对多个孔道完成注浆。相较于传统的通过预埋钢管的注浆管施工方法,本发明实施例对水囊进行回收利用,节约了钢材,避免了因注浆管堵塞无法进行注浆而导致的质量问题,同时也加快了施工进度。
