The basement dewatering well plugging waterproof decompression device comprises a dewatering well, a sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the dewatering well in a sleeving mode, a water stop ring is welded to the middle of the outer side of the sleeve, and a cover plate is arranged at the position, at the same height as the water stop ring, of the inner side of the sleeve. The upper surface of the cover plate is provided with a pipe inserting opening used for dewatering, and the upper surface of the cover plate is further provided with a water pumping pipe opening used for dewatering. According to the implementation method, a sleeve is installed outside a dewatering well; pouring a cushion layer, binding bottom plate steel bars and pouring a concrete layer; micro-expansive concrete is adopted for blocking the dewatering well; and welding the cover plate. Water can be conveniently pumped out through the pipe inserting opening and the water pumping pipe opening formed in the cover plate, and the condition of welding dry operation is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种地下室降水井封堵防水解压装置及其解压方法，包括降水井，所述降水井的外侧套设有套管，所述套管的外侧中部焊接有止水环，所述套管的内侧与所述止水环同一高度的位置，设置有盖板，所述盖板的上表面设置有用于降水的插管口，所述盖板的上表面还设置有用于降水的抽水管口；其实施方法安装套管在降水井外侧；浇筑垫层、绑扎底板钢筋浇筑混凝土层；采用微膨胀混凝土封堵降水井；焊接盖板。本发明通过盖板上设置的插管口和抽水管口，可方便的将水抽出，保证焊接干作业的条件。
