The invention discloses a novel heat-preservation low-power-consumption building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) integrated component which comprises a CIGS solar assembly and an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece, a left connecting piece and a right connecting piece which connect the CIGS solar assembly with a building, the four connecting pieces are fixed together, the upper connecting piece is connected with the lower connecting piece in a clamping mode, and the left connecting piece is connected with the right connecting piece in a clamping mode. The bottom of the connecting piece is further provided with a heat preservation clamping groove used for containing a heat preservation layer and used for heat preservation of a building, and a heat dissipation space is formed in the side wall of the connecting piece and the overlapped position of the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece and used for heat dissipation of the CIGS solar assembly. The power generation panel can be directly assembled on the building through the upper connecting piece, the lower connecting piece, the left connecting piece and the right connecting piece, the CIGS solar assembly can be directly assembled on the building through the upper connecting piece, the lower connecting piece, the left connecting piece and the right connecting piece, the waterproof and heat preservation problems of a roof are solved at a time, meanwhile, the heat dissipation problem of the CIGS solar assembly is solved, and the application range of the CIGS solar assembly is widened.
本发明公开一种新型保温低功耗BIPV一体化构件,包括CIGS太阳能组件以及将CIGS太阳能组件与建筑连接的上、下、左、右四个连接件,上述四个连接件固定在一起,上连接件与下连接件卡接、左连接件与右连接件卡接,并在左右连接件的卡接及相叠处填充密封胶条,实现水汽密封,连接件底部还设有用于装保温层的保温卡槽,用于给建筑保温,连接件的侧壁及上下连接件的相叠处形成散热空间,用于给CIGS太阳能组件散热。本发明通过上、下、左、右四种连接件可以直接将发电面板组装在建筑物上,通过上、下、左、右四种连接件可以直接将CIGS太阳能组件组装在建筑物上,一次性解决屋顶的防水、保温问题,同时又解决了CIGS太阳能组件的散热问题,扩大了其应用范围。
