Waterproof cloth is connected between every two adjacent vertical rods, the two ends of each inclined rod are connected with the transverse rod and the corresponding vertical rod at one end of the transverse rod respectively, the two ends of each supporting rod are connected with the transverse rod and ceiling cloth respectively, and a heating rod is arranged in at least one inclined rod. According to the movable roadbed moisture content control device, sunshade and rainproof can be conducted on a roadbed, and the roadbed earthwork moisture content is controlled through hot air generated by heating of the heating rods.
