The invention provides a molecular sieve with a core-shell structure, which takes a ZSM-5 molecular sieve with a mesoporous structure as a nuclear phase, and the mass ratio of silicon to aluminum of the nuclear phase is 50-150; the core-shell structure molecular sieve takes a rare earth metal modified ZSM-5 molecular sieve with a microporous structure as a shell layer, the mass ratio of silicon to aluminum of the shell layer is 300-800, and the shell layer contains 1-5wt% of rare earth metal. The shell layer of the core-shell structure molecular sieve has a high silica-alumina ratio, the water resistance is greatly improved after rare earth metal modification, and meanwhile, the microporous structure of the shell layer can effectively prevent VOCs from entering the nuclear phase of the core-shell structure molecular sieve, so that the nuclear phase molecular sieve can keep good activity, and the activity of the core-shell structure molecular sieve is improved. The water resistance and the VOCs performance of the sound absorption material prepared from the core-shell structure molecular sieve are improved, so that a loudspeaker filled with the sound absorption material has stable acoustic performance.
