The invention relates to concrete with cement paste replaced by industrial solid waste silica fume and a preparation method thereof, the concrete comprises the following components by weight: 216-240 parts of cement, 0-35.5 parts of common silica fume, 0-35.5 parts of high purity silica fume, 620 parts of sand, 1445 parts of stone, 1.20-1.26 parts of a superplasticizer, and 103.5-115 parts of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning a double-horizontal-shaft concrete mixer, pre-mixing mortar with the same water-binder ratio, hanging the mortar on the inner wall of the mixer, and pouring out the residual mortar; the raw materials are weighed according to the mixing proportion, and then the stone, the sand, the cement, the common silica fume or the high-purity silica fume are sequentially added into a stirring machine to be stirred; finally, the water doped with the water reducing agent is uniformly poured into a stirrer to be stirred; the concrete prepared by replacing cement paste with the solid waste silica fume has the advantages that the mechanical property is obviously improved, and the internal compactness of the concrete is improved; the use amount of cement can be greatly reduced, and remarkable ecological benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
