The invention discloses a closed solid waste-based alkali-activated inorganic coating material and a preparation method thereof, and the closed solid waste-based alkali-activated inorganic coating material comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 60-80% of silicon-aluminum solid waste micro powder, 20-40% of a component regulator, and an alkali activator accounting for 10-20% of the total mass of the silicon-aluminum solid waste micro powder and the component regulator, and the additive accounts for 0.5-2.0% of the total mass of the silicon-aluminum solid waste micro powder and the component regulator. The silicon-aluminum solid waste micro-powder comprises fly ash and slag micro-powder, and the component regulator comprises lithium slag micro-powder, calcium hydroxide and silica fume; the alkali activator comprises modified water glass and a sodium hydroxide solution; the additives comprise a water reducing agent, a thickening agent, a water repellent and a defoaming agent. The protective effect of the closed solid waste-based alkali-activated inorganic coating material on concrete mainly comes from coating surface hydrophobicity, self structure compactness, high chemical stability and good compatibility with a concrete interface, so that corrosion of a corrosive medium to a matrix structure can be reduced or even prevented; the stability of an alkaline liquid phase environment of pores in a matrix and a hydration product structure is maintained, good comprehensive performance of a concrete product in the service process in an extreme environment is guaranteed, and the coating is especially suitable for protection of concrete materials in marine engineering.
本发明公开了一种封闭型固废基碱激发无机涂层材料及其制备方法,其原料组分按质量百分比计:硅铝质固废微粉60‑80%,组分调节剂20‑40%,碱激发剂为硅铝质固废微粉与组分调节剂总质量的10‑20%,外加剂为硅铝质固废微粉与组分调节剂总质量的0.5‑2.0%。硅铝质固废微粉包括粉煤灰和矿渣微粉,组分调节剂包括锂渣微粉、氢氧化钙、硅灰;碱激发剂包括改性水玻璃、氢氧化钠溶液;外加剂包括减水剂、增稠剂、憎水剂、消泡剂。本发明封闭型固废基碱激发无机涂层材料对混凝土的防护作用主要来自于涂层表面疏水性、自身结构致密性、较高的化学稳定性以及与混凝土界面良好的相容性,从而能够降低甚至阻止腐蚀性介质对基体结构的侵蚀,维持基体内部孔隙碱性液相环境和水化产物结构的稳定性,保证混凝土制品在极端环境服役过程中良好的综合性能,尤其适用于海工工程中混凝土材料的防护。
