The invention provides a proportioning method for preparing dry-mixed mortar by using recycled fine aggregate. The method comprises the following specific steps: A, crushing waste concrete blocks and granite wastes, screening by using a 4mm square hole sieve, screening mortar, adding coal-fired furnace slag, and mixing and stirring to obtain mortar aggregate; according to the proportioning method for preparing the dry-mixed mortar by utilizing the recycled fine aggregate, the desulfurized fly ash can completely serve as a raw material for preparing the dry-mixed mortar, the production cost of the dry-mixed mortar can be greatly reduced during use, the mixing amount of the desulfurized fly ash can reach 15% or above of the total amount of the mortar, and the proper mixing amount is that the desulfurized fly ash is mixed; the hydration speed of a cement and fly ash system is promoted, hydration products on an aggregate interface are increased, and the strength of the mortar doped with the desulfurized fly ash is superior to that of the mortar not doped with the desulfurized fly ash.
本发明提供一种利用再生细骨料配置干粉砂浆的配比方法。具体步骤为：A、选取废弃混凝土块、花岗岩废料进行破碎，用4mm方孔筛进行筛分，筛选砂浆并添加燃煤炉渣混合搅拌，作为砂浆骨料。本发明提供的利用再生细骨料配置干粉砂浆的配比方法，通过脱硫灰完全可以作为制备干粉砂浆原料，使用时并可大幅度降低干粉砂浆生产成本，脱硫灰掺量可达砂浆总量的15％以上，其适宜掺量为掺入脱硫灰，促进了水泥和粉煤灰体系的水化速度，骨料界面水化产物增多，掺有法脱硫灰的砂浆其强度优于不掺者。
