The microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises a microwave dielectric ceramic raw material, a sintering aid and a temperature coefficient regulator, wherein the microwave dielectric ceramic powder comprises fine powder and coarse powder, the fine powder is dispersed in the coarse powder, the particle size D50 of the fine powder is 0.4-0.8 [mu] m, and the particle size D50 of the coarse powder is 3-5 [mu] m; on the basis of the microwave dielectric ceramic powder, the content of the fine powder is 15-25 wt%. When the microwave dielectric ceramic powder is used for preparing a ceramic filter, the deformation rate of a sintered body is relatively small, the percent of pass is relatively high, the consistency is relatively good, and the processing cost of processing the sintered body can be effectively reduced.
