The invention further discloses a construction method of the prefabricated roadbed widening structure. By arranging the prefabricated parts such as the prefabricated counterfort retaining wall and the prefabricated light blocks, prefabricated assembly construction can be achieved, the industrialization degree is high, the construction speed is high, the construction period is short, the influence on operation of an existing highway is small, the manufacturing cost is low, and economical efficiency is good.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式路基拼宽结构，包括地基层、旧路基层和旧路面层，旧路基层的边坡设为台阶状结构，且其一侧设置有预制扶壁式挡墙，除最上层台阶外的其它台阶上均铺设有预制轻质块体，位于最下层的预制轻质块的底面与预制扶壁式挡墙之间设置有垫层，最上层台阶上铺设有水泥稳定碎石调平层，水泥稳定碎石调平层上铺设有预制钢筋混凝土面板，旧路面层与预制钢筋混凝土面板上铺设有沥青混凝土路面层，本发明还公开了一种预制装配式路基拼宽结构的施工方法。本发明通过设置预制扶壁式挡墙及预制轻质块体等预制部件，可实现预制装配施工，工业化程度高，施工速度快，施工周期短，不仅对既有公路的运行影响小，而且造价低，经济性好。
