The invention discloses a large-diameter drilled pile hard layer construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, when a drilled hole encounters a hard layer, firstly dividing a hard layer area into a plurality of small areas, taking each small area as a construction unit, and performing loose blasting at the central part of each construction unit; step 2, in the construction unit, by taking the central part as a base point and the distance from the central part as a reference, starting to arrange a large-diameter drilling pile from a part which is more than 10 meters away from the central part of the construction unit, reserving a drilling operation space along the arrangement direction of the large-diameter drilling pile, and drilling by using a drill bit with a large diameter; and thirdly, other parts in each construction unit are drilled, and hard layer construction is completed. The construction method has multiple purposes and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种大直径钻孔桩坚硬层施工方法,包括:步骤一、在钻孔遇到坚硬层时,首先将坚硬层区域划分为多个小区域,以每个小区域作为一个施工单元,在每一个施工单元的中心部位进行松动爆破;步骤二、在施工单元内,以中心部位为基点,以距离中心部位的距离为参照,从距离施工单元的中心部位远于10米以上的部位开始布置大直径钻孔桩,并沿大直径钻孔桩的布置方向留出钻孔作业空间,以直径大的钻头进行钻进;步骤三、对每个施工单元内的其他部位进行钻孔,完成坚硬层施工。本发明的施工方法,一举多得,适于推广使用。
