Comprising the steps that a prefabricated brick moulding bed bottom positioning reference part is planned and arranged on a bottom cushion layer of a foundation trench, and the prefabricated brick moulding bed bottom positioning reference part is used for positioning the bottom of a prefabricated brick moulding bed; the prefabricated brick moulding beds are sequentially and obliquely installed on the inner periphery of the foundation trench, the adjacent prefabricated brick moulding beds are mutually spliced, and the bottoms of the prefabricated brick moulding beds are flush with the positioning reference parts at the bottoms of the corresponding prefabricated brick moulding beds; a building filling material is used for conducting top edge sealing on the installed prefabricated brick moulding bed, jointing is conducted between a bottom wrapping foot and a formwork, and the prefabricated brick moulding bed positioning reference component is covered with the bottom wrapping foot. The prefabricated brick moulding bed bottom positioning reference part can position the bottom of the prefabricated brick moulding bed and can prevent the bottom of the prefabricated brick moulding bed from displacing when the prefabricated brick moulding bed is obliquely mounted, so that the elevation uniformity of all the prefabricated brick moulding beds can be conveniently controlled.
