The invention discloses an I-shaped steel rear insertion type connection method for connection of an assembly type concrete structure. Firstly, pre-embedded steel parts with semi-I-shaped slotted holes are pre-embedded in the end of the prefabricated concrete member according to the positions of the steel bars, and the pre-embedded steel parts are welded to the main steel bars of the prefabricated member and connected with two or more rows of main steel bars in the prefabricated member according to actual requirements. During construction, the prefabricated part on the upper portion is lifted to be in butt joint with the slotted hole of the component on the lower portion, and an I-shaped steel part with the surface coated with adhesive is inserted into the slotted hole so that the two components can be connected. An existing assembly type concrete structure component connecting method is improved, the number of joints of upper and lower components can be effectively reduced, and therefore the connecting difficulty is reduced, and construction operation is facilitated; and meanwhile, grouting is not needed in the method, the construction quality is convenient to check and detect, and the construction quality of the joint of the fabricated concrete structural members is effectively guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种用于装配式混凝土结构连接的工字形钢后插式连接方法。首先在预制混凝土构件的端部按照钢筋位置预埋带半工字形槽孔的预埋钢制件,预埋钢制件焊接在预制构件主筋上,根据实际要求与预制构件中两排或多排主钢筋相连。施工时,将上部的预制构件起吊与下部的构件槽孔对接,并用表面涂有胶粘剂的工字形钢制件插入槽孔使两个构件相连。本发明对现有装配式混凝土结构构件连接方法进行了改良,可有效减少上下构件接头数量,从而降低连接难度,便于施工操作;同时该方法无需灌浆,施工质量便于检查和检测,有效地保证了装配式混凝土结构构件连接处的施工质量。
