Construction method of cast-in-place spherical roof structure
The invention belongs to the field of roof structure construction, particularly relates to a cast-in-place spherical roof structure construction method, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that existing cast-in-place spherical roof structure construction cannot guarantee the design spherical shell inner surface modeling requirement, the process is complicated and the labor intensity is high. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a lower platform of a sphere is constructed, wherein truss welding supports and spherical shell reserved joint bars are pre-buried in a beam; s2, surveying and setting out are conducted, specifically, the center of a sphere and all arc-shaped beam projection control lines passing through the center point are popped out on a cast-in-place floor plate of an operation layer, the center of the top of the sphere is guided and measured upwards through the control points, and the elevation of sphere construction is transmitted upwards by a long steel tape for a floor of the operation layer through a vertical stand rod of an inner scaffold; and S3, sample turning: carrying out structure sample turning by adopting a plane paying-off and three-dimensional control method, and carrying out plane point fixing by utilizing an electronic drawing. The method can ensure the modeling requirement of the inner surface of the spherical shell, and is simple in process and low in labor intensity.
本发明属于屋面结构施工领域,尤其是现浇球形屋面结构施工方法,针对现有的现浇球形屋面结构施工不能保证设计球壳内表面造型要求,并且工艺繁杂,劳动强度大的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括以下步骤:S1:球体下平台施工:梁内予埋桁架焊接支座和球壳预留插筋;S2:测量放线:在操作层现浇楼面板上弹出球体中心及通过中心点的各道弧形梁投影控制线,球体顶部中心通过此控制点向上引测,球体施工的标高由操作层楼面用长钢卷尺通过内脚手架垂直立杆向上传递;S3:翻样:采用平面放线,立体控制的方法进行结构翻样,利用电子图纸进行平面定点。本发明能保证设计球壳内表面造型要求,并且工艺简单,劳动强度低。
