Sensing faucet structure
According to the induction faucet structure, firstly, an adapter and a water outlet pipe are installed on a shell, and then a lower cover and an assembly opening are assembled and connected; then, after the electromagnetic valve element and the valve seat are installed, the inductor and the induction window are installed, and the connecting straight pipe and the valve seat are installed, the valve seat provided with the connecting straight pipe and the electromagnetic valve element is installed in the longitudinal cavity from an opening in the bottom end of the longitudinal cavity, and the connecting straight pipe can be directly connected with an inlet of the adapter in an inserted mode in the process that the valve seat is installed in the longitudinal cavity; and finally, the valve seat is fixedly connected with the longitudinal cavity, so that the assembly of the whole induction faucet is completed. The whole induction faucet is simple in structure, the size can be designed to be smaller, meanwhile, assembling is very convenient, and water way connection is also convenient.
本发明公开了感应龙头结构，先将转接头和出水管与壳体安装完毕，再将下盖与装配口进行装配连接；接着，当电磁阀芯与阀座安装完毕、感应器与感应窗口安装完毕、连接直管与阀座安装完毕后，再将安装有连接直管、电磁阀芯的阀座从纵向腔底端开口处装入纵向腔内，在阀座装入纵向腔的过程中可直接将连接直管与转接头进口进行插接，便完成了水路的连接，最后，将阀座与纵向腔进行固接，便完成了整个感应龙头的装配。整个感应龙头的结构简单，尺寸可设计的更加小巧，同时装配也极其方便，水路连接也方便。
