本发明涉及一种铜矿渣混凝土砌块及其制备方法,属于环保型加气混凝土砌块技术领域。该种砌块按照重量份计包括:硅酸盐水泥220‑270份、砂石160‑200份、掺合料100‑150份、自密实颗粒80‑120份、减水剂10‑15份和发气剂8‑15份;本发明将铜矿废渣以掺合料和自密实颗粒两种方式填充在混凝土砌块中,掺加量达到15%左右,制得到砌块抗压强度达到4.27‑4.35MPa,密度为595‑610kg/m3;本发明的自密实颗粒在混凝土中吸水膨胀形成近球状的空间,修饰气孔的孔型,同时挤压硅酸铝纤维与水泥以及其他填料固化后形成高强的壁壳,当水渗入砌块中,自密实颗粒吸水膨胀填充气孔,起到抗渗作用。
