The percolation system comprises a plurality of percolation monomers, and each percolation monomer internally comprises a box body, a multi-layer matched filler, earthworms, plants, perforated planting bowls and a water collecting pipeline; the multi-layer matched filler comprises ceramsite, melon-seed-shaped sheets and biomass charcoal. The integrated system can reduce the load water amount of the percolation system or directly discharge river water to the rear end according to whether flood discharge is needed or not, and the flood discharge function of the river is not affected while efficient in-situ purification is conducted. The integrated system provided by the invention has strong purification capacity on river water, is suitable for river channels with high flow velocity and high silt content, has a simple structure, is convenient to construct, has an attractive appearance, and can effectively meet the river channel treatment requirements under various working conditions.
