The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a rapid connection construction method for steel pipe piles in a support-limited area, which comprises the following construction steps: 1) leveling a site; 2) measuring and positioning the pile position of the steel pipe pile: setting a benchmark on a piling site or near the piling site; (3) a drilling machine is in place; (4) steel pipe pile hole forming is conducted, specifically, holes are formed through construction of a drilling machine and drilled to the designed elevation of the pile bottom; (5) grouting is conducted, specifically, during grouting, the pressure is controlled, grout is made to evenly rise upwards till the grout emerges out of an orifice, a grouting pipe is lifted upwards to supplement the grout in a segmented mode, grouting is kept full, and grouting is stopped after returned grout is thick; (6) steel pipes are lowered, specifically, a plurality of steel pipe sections and a plurality of connecting pipes are included, and the first steel pipe section is lowered into the hole till the end of the remaining first steel pipe section is exposed out of the hole; the end of the first steel pipe is in butt joint with the lower end of the second steel pipe through the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is fixed to the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe in a spot welding mode, the second steel pipe continues to be put down, and the rest can be done in the same way, so that the multiple steel pipes are put down into the hole.
