The invention relates to a concrete light steel composite wallboard, which belongs to the technical field of building outer walls and comprises a concrete layer serving as an outer wall surface, an inner sealing layer serving as an inner wall surface, a light steel keel frame serving as a framework and a light steel keel frame serving as an outer wall surface, a hollow cavity formed in the concrete layer and provided with an inner end opening, and an inner sealing layer positioned at the inner end opening of the hollow cavity and used for sealing the inner end opening of the hollow cavity. The light steel keel frame is arranged in the cavity, the concrete layer is fixedly connected with the light steel keel frame through a first connecting component, and the inner sealing layer is fixedly connected with the light steel keel frame through a second connecting component. The composite wallboard has the advantages that the strength, the bearing capacity and the self-waterproof performance of the composite wallboard can be improved, meanwhile, the composite wallboard has high structural stability, and therefore the durability of the composite wallboard can be improved.
