The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to an epidemic prevention conversion ward, an exhaust pipe system thereof and an epidemic prevention conversion method.The epidemic prevention conversion ward comprises wall assemblies, an exhaust pipe, an air port assembly and a control system, the exhaust pipe is arranged between the two wall assemblies, and the control assembly is configured to control the exhaust pipe to enter a negative pressure mode or a normal mode; a first through hole is formed in the wall assembly, close to the indoor side, of the exhaust pipe, and the air opening assembly is arranged in the first through hole. The air port assembly comprises a support and a fixing piece, and the support is inserted into the first through hole in the axial direction. In the epidemic state, the exhaust pipe enters a negative pressure mode through the control assembly to prevent viruses from overflowing, and then the filter is fixed in the support through the fixing piece to filter air in a ward; in a normal state, the filter in the support is firstly detached, it is ensured that no virus overflow risk exists under the condition that no filter exists, then the exhaust pipe is made to enter a normal mode through the control assembly, and the epidemic prevention conversion effect of the environment in the ward can be achieved.
