The device comprises a plurality of gantry cranes which are arranged at intervals in the direction of a railway line, and the gantry cranes are arranged on roadbeds on the two sides of a steel rail in a spanning mode. The gantry crane further comprises a cross beam; the sliding frames are movably arranged at the left end and the right end of the cross beam respectively and can transversely move along the cross beam so as to adjust the transverse span of the gantry crane; the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the cross beam, is positioned between the two sliding frames, can transversely move along the cross beam and is used for adjusting the transverse hoisting position of the track plate; the supporting legs are arranged below the two sliding frames respectively and can stretch out and draw back in the vertical direction so as to adjust the distance between the cross beam and the roadbed. The track plate replacing device further comprises a hoisting tool which is connected with the hoisting mechanism in the working state and used for hoisting the track plate, and the longitudinal position of the track plate can be adjusted through the hoisting tool. The technical problems that an existing replacement device and system are low in replacement efficiency, high in labor intensity and large in input manpower can be solved.
本发明公开了一种轨道板更换装置及系统,装置包括:若干个沿铁路线路方向间隔布置的龙门吊,龙门吊跨设于钢轨两侧的路基上。龙门吊进一步包括:横梁;分别可活动地设置于横梁左右两端的滑移框,滑移框能沿横梁进行横向移动,以调整龙门吊的横向跨距;设置于横梁上,并位于两个滑移框之间,能沿横梁进行横向移动的起吊机构,以调整轨道板的横向吊运位置;分别设置于两个滑移框下方,能沿垂向进行伸缩的支腿,以调整横梁距离路基的高度。轨道板更换装置还包括:在作业状态下与起吊机构相连,用于吊装轨道板的吊运工装,通过吊运工装能调整轨道板的纵向位置。本发明能解决现有更换装置及系统更换效率低,劳动强度大,投入人力多的技术问题。
