The artificial natural texture white quartzite decorative plate comprises the following main raw materials: quartz sand, quartz powder, unsaturated resin, pigment, broken white glass, a coupling agent, a curing agent and the like. Through particle size compounding, the whiteness and the surface smoothness of the compound-color stripe-shaped white quartz stone plate are effectively improved, and surface micropores are reduced. And quartz sand or quartz powder prepared by calcining at segmented temperatures is used as a raw material, so that the cost of calcining the raw material in the earlier stage is greatly reduced. The pattern strip model which conforms to natural textures and is thick and thin alternately is effectively used as a groove type tool filled with a mixed material of quartz sand and quartz powder with pigments, and the manufactured quartz stone plate is natural in texture, elegant in appearance, good in reproducibility and high in process mechanization degree. The result shows that the prepared artificial natural texture white quartzite decorative plate has the volume density of 2.6-3.0 g/cm < 3 >, the compressive strength of 265.3-303.1 MPa, the bending strength of 51.9-65.6 MPa and the water absorption rate of 0.010-0.026%, has the advantages of high whiteness and smoothness, good chemical acid and alkali corrosion resistance and the like, and can be widely applied to the field of building decoration materials for high-grade office buildings, large shopping malls, home decoration and the like.
