A preparation process of the modified silicon dioxide comprises the following steps: dissolving silver nitrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in a suspension containing hollow silicon dioxide microspheres, and adding an ascorbic acid aqueous solution for reaction; centrifugally collecting the hollow silicon dioxide microspheres; and mixing the hollow silicon dioxide microspheres with anhydrous aluminum chloride in an acetone solvent to obtain the modified silicon dioxide. The preparation method of the superconductive rare earth nano ceramic material comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding the raw materials, adding into a container, adding the dispersing agent, stirring and drying; carrying out ball milling, drying, calcining and cooling; the superconductive rare earth nano ceramic material obtained by the invention has good heat conduction efficiency.
