The invention relates to modified asphalt for an ultrathin overlay, an asphalt mixture and an interlayer treatment method. The modified asphalt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 0.3-1.2 parts of micro carbon fibers, 3-8 parts of an SBS modifier, 0.1-0.5 part of a stabilizer, 1-5 parts of extract oil and 0.2-0.7 part of a warm mixing agent. The asphalt mixture is prepared from 6 to 7 parts of modified asphalt, 92 to 94 parts of aggregate and 0.2 to 0.6 part of cellulose. The high-temperature deformation resistance of the SBS modified asphalt is improved, and the viscosity and toughness index of the asphalt can be effectively improved; and the pavement performance requirement of the ultra-thin overlay is met.
本发明涉及一种超薄罩面用改性沥青、沥青混合料及层间处治方法。改性沥青包括如下重量份的原料基质沥青100份,微碳纤维0.3~1.2份,SBS改性剂3~8份,稳定剂为0.1~0.5份,抽出油1~5份,0.2~0.7份温拌剂。沥青混合料包括改性沥青6‑7份、集料92‑94份、纤维素0.2‑0.6份。提高SBS改性沥青高温抗变形能力,能够有效的改善沥青的黏韧性指标;满足超薄罩面的路用性能要求。
