The invention discloses a highway bridge anti-freezing system which comprises a bridge body, an approach road, street lamps, guardrails and a cleaning device, the bridge body crosses over a river or a building through piers, the two sides of the bridge body are connected with the approach road, the approach road is connected with a highway, the guardrails are installed on the two sides of the bridge body, and the street lamps installed through bolts are arranged on the guardrails. Street lamps on the two sides are arranged in a staggered mode, a cleaning device is installed on one side of the bridge body, the cleaning device is of a buried type design and comprises a shell, an upper cover and reset springs, the shell is installed in a groove formed in advance, the reset springs are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the shell, the upper cover is connected with the shell in a clamped mode, and the upper cover is of an inclined type design. The whole formed by the upper cover and the shell is slightly higher than a bridge body, an arc is arranged on one side of the upper cover, and the hydraulic cylinder enters the shell through the arc. The method is reasonable in design; and the cleaning device can clean accumulated snow and ice on the bridge body in time.
