The invention relates to a vacuum preloading pumping drainage method for ultra-soft soil, which comprises the following steps: filling a sludge pool with sludge, arranging a vertical drainage plate in the sludge, connecting the vertical drainage plate with a vacuum pump through a drainage pipe which can also be communicated with the atmosphere, and after the vacuum pump is subjected to vacuum preloading pumping drainage for a certain period of time, discharging the vertical drainage plate through the drainage pipe. Closing the vacuum pump and communicating the drainage pipe with the atmosphere, so that the atmosphere enters the drainage pipe to form pressure difference between the surface of the vertical drainage plate and sludge to prevent clogging. After the sludge pool is subjected to vacuum pumping drainage, sludge near the surface of the drainage plate gradually becomes compact, and meanwhile the pressure in the sludge pool is smaller than the atmospheric pressure, the drainage plate is communicated with the atmosphere after vacuum pumping drainage is conducted for a certain time, so that pressure difference is formed on the surface of the drainage plate, and a compact sludge layer on the surface of the drainage plate is pushed to be dispersed or separated; original compact sludge layers are replaced by other sludge with higher flowability, so that the clogging of the drain board is slowed down or prolonged.
