The foundation supporting part is arranged at the lower ends of the arched open cut tunnel and the protective blocking edge; the arched open cut tunnel expands outwards in an arc shape from one end of the vertical cutting type hole to one end of the inclined cutting type hole, the inner wall of the protective blocking edge is flush with the inner wall of the arched open cut tunnel, the inner wall of the protective blocking edge expands outwards in an arc shape from one end close to the arched open cut tunnel to one end away from the arched open cut tunnel, and the wall thickness of the protective blocking edge is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends.
